All kit is cleaned and checked between guests. Sizes confirmed on request. Delivered to any hotel in Ulaanbaatar, to the airport, or loaded into your vehicle before you leave the city.

Minimum 48 hours' notice. We reply within one working day with availability and a written rate. Nothing is charged until you confirm.

  • Vehicles come with a Rara Avis driver, fuel and insurance. Guides available on request.
  • Gear can be delivered to your hotel or the airport, or set up at your first camp by our team.
  • Payment by card link or bank transfer once you confirm. Cancellation free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Minimum 48 hours ahead. We confirm within one working day. Your details stay inside Rara Avis, never sold, never listed.
