The conversation
Twenty minutes with a senior host, by video call or phone. Who is travelling, what you have done before, what you want more of and less of, and how you like to be looked after.
The proposal
Within 72 hours: a day-by-day plan with the camps, the guides, the vehicles and the flights named, and a single all-inclusive price for your party. No line items, no surprises.
The refinements
Change anything. Swap a lodge for a family, a drive for a flight, a day of riding for a day of nothing. We redraw until it is yours.
The journey
Your host stays with you from the first call to the last farewell. A duty officer answers at any hour. The fire is lit before you arrive.

We do not publish prices because a price without a party attached is a guess. Once we know who is travelling, the number we send includes everything and is stated in plain language.
