Final quote delivered. We hold your dates and seats for 10 business days at no cost while you decide.

50% deposit
Confirm & deposit
50% deposit paid to secure the booking. Guides assigned, vehicles reserved, permits applied for. Non-refundable within 30 days of travel.
T-30d
50% balance
Final payment
Remaining 50% due 30 days before travel. Departure briefing sent. Your contact at our Ulaanbaatar office is introduced by name.
PAYMENT METHODS
Pay the way that works for you.
Every method settles in USD. International wire is our preferred route for large bookings because there are no processing fees, but we accept cards and Wise for smaller transactions.

International wire . preferred
Zero processing fee. USD account at Khan Bank Mongolia. SWIFT instructions sent on confirmation.
ii.
Credit card via Stripe
Visa, Mastercard, Amex. 2.9% processing fee added. Best for deposits and small bookings.
iii.
Wise transfer
Low fee for guests in UK, EU, Australia, US. We invoice in USD, you pay in local currency. Settles in 48 hours.
iv.
Cash on arrival
Final balance only, in USD, at our Ulaanbaatar office. Useful if you are already in Mongolia and want to finalise in person.
