Mongol Children was founded in 2016 by our founders whose heart was deeply moved by the plight of children and number of orphaned children in the rural areas of Mongolia. For us, every children come first and our vision is that they live life in all its fullness - and where they don’t, we aim to change hearts and wills to make it happen.
Mongol Children’s working style is to partner with children and their communities in some of the poorest parts of the earth to together improve lives and combat poverty.
In times of crisis, Mongol Children also responds to natural and man-made humanitarian disasters that so badly affect the young, their families and communities, with emergency aid and assistance.

Tuvshinbaatar Enkhtur
Co-Founder and Head of Operations
Tuve is a travel junkie, having navigated his way through more than 30 countries. He previously co-founded Travel Passport, where he and his team created new travel culture amongst thousands of Mongolian youth, and worked at the multiple private sectors. Tuve is currently promoting sustainable tourism around the world.
Travel persona: Obsessed with beautiful landscapes and avoiding the crowds.
Favorite travel experiences: No doubt; galloping across the steppes in Mongolia.
Munkhtuvshin Ekhbold
Co-Founder
Munkh grew up traveling the world and loves exploring local cultures in remote locations. Raised with a Mongolian eye for precision and armed with a B.Sc and a M.Eng from Manchester, as well as a fine art education from childhood, Bil has over a decade of experience in traveling around world and remarkable knowledge in financial market. These include Samsung SG and Mongolian Central Bank, and Hong Kong's accounting firm.
Travel persona: Explorer, always taking the side roads just to see where they lead, eternalizing fleeting moments on film.
Favorite travel experiences: Elephant polo in Katmandu and meditating with old Buddhist monks in the middle of nowhere in Tibet.

A Story from Childhood
Tuve and Munkh, who’ve been friends for more than 19 years (or, to be precise, best friends). Sharing a love for traveling and exploring cultures necessarily an indicator when it comes down to a business's bottom line.
“We saw how complementary our skill sets were and how successful we could be professionally as a team—and a lightbulb went off,” says Tuve. A few years later they found Rara Avis, a project initiator company based in Ulaanbaatar, that helps international projects and tenders to strongly start in Mongolia. Since launching Rara Avis Ltd., in 2014, the duo have grown the company into 3 different industries successfully and one of them is tour operating company, Rara Avis Travel.
