Expedition Guide, Altai region

Full-time . Bayan-Olgii . Seasonal May to October

Lead multi-day expeditions in the Western Altai. Kazakh language required, WFR-level first aid required, eagle hunter relationships preferred.

General Manager, Big Sky Lodge

Full-time . Gorkhi-Terelj . Year round

Run operations at our flagship off-grid lodge. Experience in remote lodging and native English plus Mongolian required. Ranger team reports in.

Logistics Coordinator

Full-time . Ulaanbaatar . Year round

Vehicle scheduling, permit tracking, guide rotation, fuel logistics. If you enjoy making the impossible route work, this is the seat.

Event Producer, Signature Events

Full-time . Ulaanbaatar . Travel required

Produce the Steppe Reset, Khan Ride, and Eternal Blue Marathon. Hospitality, logistics, and a cool head when the weather turns.
