Final quote delivered. We hold your dates and seats for 10 business days at no cost while you decide.

T-10w

25% deposit

Confirm & deposit

25% deposit paid to secure the booking. Guides assigned, vehicles reserved, permits applied for. Non-refundable within 30 days of travel.

T-6w

25% balance

Middle payment

Second 25% due six weeks before departure. Lock-in for the full route. Transfers and insurance finalised.

T-2w

50% final

Final payment

Remaining 50% due two weeks before arrival. Departure briefing sent. Your contact at our Ulaanbaatar office is introduced by name.

PAYMENT METHODS

Pay the way that works for you.

Every method settles in USD. International wire is our preferred route for large bookings because there are no processing fees, but we accept cards and Wise for smaller transactions.

International wire . preferred

Zero processing fee. USD account at Khan Bank Mongolia. SWIFT instructions sent on confirmation.

Credit card via Stripe

Visa, Mastercard, Amex. 2.9% processing fee added. Best for deposits and small bookings.

Wise transfer

Low fee for guests in UK, EU, Australia, US. We invoice in USD, you pay in local currency. Settles in 48 hours.

Cash on arrival

Final balance only, in USD, at our Ulaanbaatar office. Useful if you are already in Mongolia and want to finalise in person.
